In Bishop Lynch photography classes, artistry, technique and technology combine to create stunning images. Students have access to Nikon DSLR cameras and tripods, and they learn photography skills with Nikon DSLR cameras in full manual mode. On the editing side, students use Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Bridge in a fully equipped photo lab. Each semester, students can display their photography in the atrium gallery.

One Act Play Cast and Crew Honored

The cast and crew of the TAPPS One Act Play received several awards at this weekend’s district competition. Bishop Lynch theater students performed “He Done Her Wrong Or Wedded But No Wife!” on October 28 at Legacy Christian in Frisco, competing against students from area high schools.

In addition to the hundreds of BL students, parents, faculty, and staff who had the opportunity to see the production in the McGonigle Theater over the last two weeks, Director John Athas thanked the families of students who supported the production all the way through. “We are very happy with the talent and hard work put in by the cast and crew,” said Athas.

For their performance, Arturo Pascal and Riley Rose received the All-Star Cast award. Honorable Mention Cast went to Marlania Okolo, Madison Sterling, and Haley Espinosa, and Nick Reed was awarded All-Star Crew. Congratulations to these Friars!
