Foreign Language Immersion 
Members of the foreign language department often work with outside agencies to sponsor language immersion trips. Recent jaunts have included Germany, France and Spain. 

Mission Trips 
As part of BL’s Dominican heritage of service, Bishop Lynch regularly participates in international mission trips. In addition to sending students on the annual Diocesan Youth Mission Trip, BL students also participate in spring break mission trips. BL Friar missionaries have made a positive mark in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, and Nicaragua. 

International Music Performances  
Bishop Lynch’s lauded choir program travels internationally for pilgrimages and performances. Recent travels include Barcelona, Rome and various cities in Canada, France and Ireland. The Friar Choir even sang for the pope at the Vatican for the Epiphany Mass!   

Global Education teaches our students that while we live in different countries and our circumstances in how we live may be very different, that we are actually much more alike than we are different – We share many of the same hopes, dreams, faith, and values as our peers around the world.
